Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb issued Executive Order 21-06 which outlined Coronavirus Response Requirements that are in effect until Sunday March 31st, 2021, unless extended. As a business, it is our responsibility to follow the instructions outlined in this Executive Order. Please visit for a full https://www.in.gov/gov/files/E... breakdown of what was included in this Executive Order.
The following requirements are currently in place at all Yaryan Eye Care Center locations:
All individuals entering our facilities will be required to wear a mask, have their temperature taken and answer a series of COVID-19 screening questions. If individuals prefer not to wear a mask, we will be happy to reschedule them to a future date and time.
ONLY the scheduled patient and parent, guardian or caregiver will be allowed into our facilities for appointment times. We realize this can place a burden especially on families. If this issue arises we will work diligently to find an appointment time that will allow the scheduled individual and our offices to meet the aforementioned guidelines of only the scheduled patient and parent, guardian or caregiver entering our facilities.
Any glasses or contact lens pick-ups will have to be scheduled. Please call and schedule any appointment for any type of assistance that will be needed by our Eyewear Department. This includes pick-ups of contact lenses and eyeglasses, selecting a new pair of frame and lenses, and adjustments of any sort.
We are thankful to be able to remain in the office serving our communities! We apologize for any inconveniences that may be caused and greatly appreciate your understanding at this time. The health and safety of our team members and our patients who enter our offices are our top priority.
Please call our offices with any further questions. And, as always, thank you for choosing Yaryan Eye Care Center!
