Covid - 19 Guidelines

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-48 which outlined Coronavirus Response Requirements that are in effect November 15th through December 12th. As a business it is our responsibility to follow the requirements outlined in this executive order. As a result, the following are in place at all Yaryan Eye Care Center locations until further notice: -All individuals entering our facilities will be required to wear a mask and have their temperature taken. If individuals prefer not to wear a mask, we will be happy to reschedule them to a future date and time. -Only the scheduled patient and parent, guardian or caregiver will be allowed into our facilities for appointment times to help maintain social distancing guidelines. -Any glasses or contact lens pick-ups will need to be scheduled.
