At Yaryan Eye Care Center, our goal is promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, checks, and most credit cards. We inform our Connersville, Brookville and Rushville patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.
We ask that you realize we do not work for an insurance company, but we do work 100 % for our patients. Most insurance companies provide great benefits for our patients and we are going to do everything we can to maximize your benefits. So please understand that the fees that we charge and the treatment that we are going to recommend is specifically designed for your individual needs and never based on your insurance coverage.
Vision & Health Insurances
The knowledgeable staff at Yaryan Eye Care Center is experienced in working with vision insurance providers. We will work directly with you and your vision insurer to submit claims regarding your vision care. We strive to ensure that you understand your insurance coverage and will answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits. Many current vision plans are designed to cover many of the basic vision-related costs, but not all costs associated with eye care. Most plans often require a co-payment for an office appointment as well as additional costs that are covered by the insured patient.
Yaryan Eye Care Center accepts most medical insurances to cover eye infections, injuries, diseases, strabismus (lazy eye), dry eye, and many other medical ocular problems. Please call our office with any questions you may have.
Yaryan Eye Care Center is committed to providing our patients with state of the art medical eye and vision care services. The determination of what professional services are covered by your plan can only be determined by your insurance carrier. It is your obligation to know what benefits and limitations exist with your specific insurance plan. Yaryan Eye Care Center will assist you in any way that we can to get this information for you if you are unable to do so. Our staff will do their best to optimize your insurance benefits. You are responsible for any fees related to services and materials rendered that are not covered by your insurance company.

Spectera Patients Please Click Here For Important Information
*We are out-of-network providers for Spectera, but will provide a 15% discount to all examinations, fees, and materials (excluding contact lens materials) to all Spectera members. Our team will also submit an out-of-network claim to Spectera on your behalf, if out-of-network benefits are available. If there is a medical component of your visit (i.e. if you have floaters, dry or itchy eyes, suspicion of glaucoma, cataracts, etc.), then Yaryan Eye Care Center can bill to your medical insurance.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Many employers are offering Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options to employees. Sometimes these are referred o as cafeteria plans and are elective, supplemental insurance savings plans. These plans are designed to let you save money in an account, pre-tax, to pay for additional medical expenses such as eye exams, glasses, contacts, and often laser vision surgery. Check with the benefits administrator at your work to see if you are eligible for this program. FSAs can typically be used in conjunction with any vision insurance plan to offset any out-of-pocket costs on your behalf.
