Dr. Andy Yaryan is the owner of Yaryan Eye Care Center, which was founded in 2009. He is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University and a 2008 graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry. While attending optometry school, Dr. Yaryan was an associate instructor for clinical assessment courses, teaching both first and second year students. He also performed clinical externships at Whitewater Eye Center of Richmond, Indianapolis Eye Care Center, Quantico Naval Clinic and Atwater Eye Care Center in Bloomington. Dr. Yaryan is a board certified optometrist from the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. As a lifelong resident of Connersville, Dr. Yaryan has found many ways to be active in our local community which includes actively contributing to an endowment for the betterment of the community. He is currently a commissioner for the Board of Aviation and a Director at Franklin County National Bank. As a business, Yaryan Eye Care Center has donated over $100,000 to various organizations in local communities since its founding in 2009.
Dr. Yaryan is married to his beautiful wife, Amanda, and they share two lovely daughters, Ruby and Maggie. In his free time, Dr. Yaryan enjoys spending time with his family, restoring a 1974 Corvette given to him by his father, and playing the bluegrass fiddle. He is also a licensed pilot!

Dr. Mackenzie Speers is a native of Connersville, Indiana. She is a 2015 graduate of the University of Indianapolis where she completed two degrees in Biology and Chemistry with Magna Cum Laude honors. Dr. Speers then completed her doctorate degree at the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2019. As an optometry intern, Dr. Speers completed her clinical rotations at Atwater Eye Center in Bloomington, Park Ridge Vision in Illinois, Whitewater Eye Center of Richmond, and Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Speers was awarded the 2019 Johnson & Johnson Vision Award of Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care upon completing her internships. During her time at Indiana University School of Optometry, Dr. Speers was an assistant instructor for first and second year optometry students and was involved in many clubs including the American Academy of Optometry (AAO), Beta Sigma Kappa (BSK) Optometric Honors Society, Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), Optometric Private Practice Club, and Indiana University School of Optometry Association. Dr. Speers also participated as a volunteer on the VOSH missions trip to Jamaica in 2017 and volunteered with the Special Olympics in 2017 and 2018.
In her downtime, you can find Dr. Speers reading a good book or looking up new recipes to cook up. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the local teams at sporting events with her husband, Landon, and her adorable daughters, Lucy and Nory.

Dr. Jessica Kieninger, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Franklin College in 2011, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After graduation, Dr. Kieninger completed a residency program at the Northern Indiana VA Health Care system in Fort Wayne. She gained valuable experience in ocular disease evaluation and treatment, including glaucoma management, retinal disease management, post-operative care for surgery patients, and low vision evaluations. Dr. Kieninger also completed a small study evaluating patients with stickler syndrome and presented her findings at the American Academy of Optometry in Anaheim California in 2017. Dr. Kieninger is currently a member of the Indiana Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
On her free time she enjoys doing outdoor activities with her husband and spending time with her dogs and kitties!

Dr. Ritchhart was raised in Kansas and Texas before attending college at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City and Anderson University in Indiana. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Anderson University and spent more than 25 years working in various capacities for the Church of God Ministries.
In 2005, Dr. Ritchhart began working in the mass media department at Church of God Ministries promoting various ministries including disaster relief. During this time, he also worked as a part of the ministry team at Christians Broadcasing Hope to help support the production of Christian radio broadcasts in languages around the world.
His international travels brought him face-to-face with people needing medical assistance. In 2012, he decided to go back to school to obtain his Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Kentucky College of Optometry at the University of Pikeville. During his time in school, Dr. Ritchhart was involved in research on diabetic patient compliance and also started the very first chapter of the American Society of Optometric Surgeons, a newly organized national organization that was founded to promote office-based surgical and ophthalmic laser procedures.
Dr. Ritchhart received the Dr. Michael & Kelly Bacigalupi Family Award for Advanced Therapeutics and the National Vision Senior Award at graduation. His 4th- year clinical rotations focused on the management of ocular disease and primary care, with rotations at Draisin Vision Group in Charleston, SC; Veteran Administration Hospital in Salisbury, NC; and Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers in Louisville, Ky.
Dr. Ritchhart is passionate about helping people and he loves interacting with patients to provide the best life possible through the management of ocular disease. He is married to his beautiful wife Kimberly and together they have four children. They love gardening, hiking, and being outside enjoying the beauty God has created.
